Excellent communication skills (English / Hindi) Good listening and problem-solving skills Good analytical skills Ability to take and handle stress and pressure Prior Customer Support Experience in trading firm preferred Strong Interpersonal Skills Familiarity with CRM Systems Ability to efficiently multi-task High School Diploma (or equivalent), College Degree preferred Candidate having knowledge on Crypto is preferred Candidate from similar background is preferred Candidate has to work in Rotational shifts
