Cryptocurrency Traders are looking for a strong global platform that connects with them and helps them trade faster, better and smarter. We have a platform that can solve their needs. However, we want to provide them with a great sounding board at the community level. Now that's a gap that needs to be addressed. You do that. You fulfill the needs, wants and desires of our patrons by connecting them to our platform. You help them do more. As the Community Manager you ensure all of the above and more. You make a difference. Make a difference by Manages a portfolio of communities that includes Telegram / WhatsApp etc. Provides timely support to the questions & queries raised in the community by liaising with the Service team and checking necessary systems for an update. Conducts community reviews and provides oversight of related compliance matters. Conducts various marketing driven engagement activities & maintain harmony within the community. Contributes in ideating & implementing community building strategy. Provide daily, weekly and quarterly analysis to senior management.

Outstanding command over written English Good Communication Strong Interpersonal Skills Self-driven individual Open to working in shifts Strong commitment to succeed and learn Graduate / Post Graduate 0-2 Years (fresher can be considered)
